Local Innovation with International Standards
In the global skincare industry, international brands such as La Mer from France are well known for utilising brown algae as a key ingredient in their formulations.
In comparison, NK Age-Reverse adopts a distinctive approach by incorporating high-performance green micro algae, developed through a research collaboration with our strategic partners in Japan.
However, the entire formulation of NK Age-Reverse is fully developed in-house through local research and development (R&D). While the micro algae ingredient is sourced from Japan, the formulation design, stability optimisation, and product performance are the result of our own expertise. This demonstrates that local formulations are capable of matching international standards, supported by strong R&D capabilities within local universities.
In parallel, our team is actively developing locally sourced green micro algae in Malaysia as a strategic initiative to reduce dependency on imported materials while maintaining product quality and performance. At the same time, we highly value our research collaboration with Japanese partners and are committed to sustaining this international partnership for long-term innovation.
